Opened in 2016 and calls itself Pakistan's first dedicated Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu academy: gi and no-gi BJJ, MMA, wrestling, kickboxing, boxing, kids' BJJ and a weights area. First class is free, there is a beginners' intro course, and there are separate women's showers and toilets.
